The TAC Technology Committee has created the following submission guidelines for requesting assistance, forms, surveys, reports, etc. Please submit all requests via the 2023 – 2024 form below. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

Incomplete and/or inaccurate submission will result in delays in fulfilling requests and negates the timelines. It is in your committee’s best interest to submit your completed Website request form with this in mind.
