Event Registration
We’re excited to welcome you to the 2027 Statewide Founders Day Observance Weekend as we come together Restored. Renewed. Reconnected.
Join us for a meaningful weekend of sisterhood, service, and celebration as we honor our legacy, renew our bonds, and reconnect in the spirit of sisterhood. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure your seat. Registration includes access to the day’s programming and scheduled meal functions.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES* AND FEES
- Alumnae General Registration: September 13–December 1 — $165
- Collegiate Registration: September 13–December 1 — $125
Payment may be made by credit card via Zeffy (tip optional) or by check. Please see the instructions below for additional payment details.
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your QR code along with important event updates and information.
Please note: There will be NO on-site ticket sales.
All registration payments must be completed by 11:55 PM on the applicable deadline date.

Payment Methods
Pay by Check
If you choose to pay by check, select the “FREE” payment option on the registration form. This designation simply allows the system to submit your registration without requiring a credit card payment.
Please mail your check or money order within five (5) days of registering. Checks must be postmarked no later than December 1, 2026. Registrations for which payment is not received by the deadline may be canceled.
Once your payment has been received and processed, you will receive a separate confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 business days for check processing.

Pay by Credit Card (Zeffy)
Zeffy is our electronic payment platform and allows us to accept online payments while keeping processing costs low.
During checkout, you may see a pre-filled contribution labeled “Help keep Zeffy free...” This contribution goes directly to Zeffy and is completely optional. It is not part of your registration fee and will not affect your registration.
You may change the contribution to $0 or select any amount you wish to donate.
Refunds & Transfers
All registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Tickets may be transferred to another eligible member by January 10, 2027. The original registrant is responsible for identifying the transferee and completing the steps below

- Transfer Steps (original registrant)
The registered Soror must send an email to tacazswfd@gmail.com with subject: Ticket Transfer to [Name of Soror]. - In the body of the email include the ticket number and the transferee's name, chapter, member number, email, and phone number. Also include the meal choice of the transferee.*
- Add the transferee's email address as a carbon copy on the email.
*Please note that if you transfer a registration after December 31, 2026, you will not be able to change the meal choice of the original registrant.
